RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We stand behind our premium blades with a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Below is our tactical approach to returns:
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their specialized nature, these items cannot be returned:
- All Automatic Knives (including Automatic Pocket Knives and Out the Front models)
- Custom or Limited Edition blades
- All types of Daggers
- Any item showing signs of use, sharpening, or modification

- All original packaging and documentation must be intact

Step 2: Receive Your RMA Authorization
Within 48 hours (excluding weekends), our team will:
- Verify your request meets return criteria
- Provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

- All original packaging and documentation
- The RMA number clearly visible on the exterior
